This Privacy Policy explains how TAILER PAYMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data of users located in India who access ⟨tailermart.com⟩ and our related services (the “Services”). This Policy applies only in India and is governed by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable Information Technology laws/rules of India.

A. You provide to us
Account: name, email, mobile number, password.
Orders & Delivery: billing/shipping address, order details.
Payments: we receive payment status and masked details; full card/UPI info is handled by our payment gateway (we don’t store it).
Support/Comms: messages, feedback, returns/refund info.
UGC: reviews, ratings, images (if you upload).
B. Collected automatically
Device/Usage: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, session time, referrers.
Cookies/SDKs: for login, cart, preferences, analytics, fraud prevention, and marketing (see Section 6).
C. From third parties (within India or abroad)
Payment partners (e.g., ⟨Razorpay/PayU/PhonePe/Stripe⟩): payment confirmation, failure codes.

7) Payments

We do not sell personal data. We share on a need-to-know basis with:

10) Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, to comply with legal/tax obligations, or to resolve disputes. When no longer required, we delete or irreversibly anonymise it.
11) Your rights (Data Principal rights under Indian law)
Subject to legal exceptions, you may:
Access your personal data;
Correct/Update inaccurate data;
Delete/Erase data that is no longer necessary or where consent is withdrawn;
Grievance redressal via our Grievance Officer;
Nominate an individual to exercise rights in the event of death/incapacity (DPDPA “Nominate” right).

You may escalate unresolved concerns to the Data Protection Board of India when operational, or other competent authority/courts as per law.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including HTTPS/TLS, access controls, encryption where appropriate, and monitoring. No method is 100% secure.
13) Third-party links & social features
Links to third-party sites/apps (including social login, payment pages) are governed by their policies. Review them before use.
14) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be notified on the website/app and, where appropriate, by email/SMS.
